"I was pleased with the quality of the printing and the speedy delivery of the card, but unfortunately it wasn't packaged very well and the edge of the card and the envelope were a bit squashed. It would have been good if it had been packed in a sturdier envelope or jiffy bag to protect them."

I am very sorry to hear that the card got damaged during transit. There is a label on each envelope reading 'DO NOT BEND' ,so unfortunately in this case it seems royal mail mistreated the package. I have arranged for a replacement card to be sent as soon as possible.
