"Excellent helpline staff. Was looking for a particular type of card and the lady who answered the call was most helpful even though she was not able to locate what I was looking for. That said, it was obvious that she went the extra mile which is what is really important. Order was placed on Friday after 12.00 noon and the card arrived a 2 days later than anticipated but this may have well been due to the weekend or a delay in the post which is out of the vendor's control. All in all, a very positive experience. Will patronise again. P Daniel."
