"This is the second selector mug I have bought. I have one and bought one for a colleague. It's great for the office as I don't have to tell people what I want - they just read the mug - its fab. "The first mug i received was unfortunately broken and i was really worried at how long it would take to get an exchange however this was straight forward, quick and possibly the most uncomplicated process i've ever experienced with internet shopping."
