"We purchased a 'Teen Makeover' for our daughter's 13th birthday. Booking the appointment at our chosen location, Manchester, was simple and the telephone staff were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter was thrilled with the voucher and couldn't wait for the day. She was not disappointed. From the moment we arrived at the studio she was treated like a celebrity, which she loved. All the staff were absolutely lovely with her (and us) and she said afterwards that it was the best present she ever had."
