"The sack for my granddaughter is exactly what I wanted for her first christmas and was ordered on 24th November. Arrived on 24thDecember.....just in time after much chasing and slow replies. Not pleased that my money was taken on 24th November, despite the fact that the company reminded me it was in their terms and conditions. My husband had a Sears catalogue from 1897 for Xmas and their delivery was quicker!"
