"First one arrived quickly, and damaged. Phone call to customer services late in the afternoon had a replacement in the post than night. Anyone can sell, good customer service is something else."

"I was very happy with this item as it came quickly in the post just in time for my Grandad's birthday. It was well packaged and had not one mark on it! This i was impressed with as photo frames in shops usually have a few scratches and this frame didnt. Very happy overall!"
