"Choosing what to order and processing the order was very easy. My only worry was the wording used about actual delivery timescales as it seemed a bit vague. I did end up phoning to check and the chap was helpful, but still wasn't able to confirm for sure what day my gift would arrive. As it happens all's well as it was delivered in plenty of time and my friend was delighted with her gift!"
