"This was a really lovely wedding gift. When everyone had finished signing the plate it looked so effective and was a real one off. Only down side was that the pen ran out before everyone had signed the plate and I had to buy another one which was a bit of a shame."

only minor negative was the pen went a bit bust towards end of night but not sure if it was just through mis-use rather than a fault!!

"the bride and groom loved this gift nice simple but fun idea. however the pen wasnt brilliant and people did struggle writing on the plate with it, even following all instructions...
So would be good if you got a couple of pens etc... as it was quite awkward....
But it did look good and people did find it fun and i would deffo buy it again for someone!!! lovely memory!!"

I'm sorry to hear about this, it sounds like you received a one-off faulty pen as usually the plates are very easy to sign. Please let us know if you have not managed to complete the signatures on the plate and we would be more than happy to send out a replacement pen.
