"I bought this from my nephew to his dad... i was expecting it to be properly personalised, but when it arrived it had been written on (in neat handwriting) by hand! Although the delivery was speedy, i guess i could have bought a ceramic pen and written it myself?"

The personal message for this item is 'hand painted' which we do state in the gift description. It is ceramic paint used and we do have an example of the hand painted message on image 2.

"I bought this gift as a xmas present for my partner from my little girl. Even though my partner is not my daughters father he is a fantastic daddy and I searched and searched the web for a gift that would say what she would want to say if she was old enough to say it, then as soon as I saw it, i knew it was perfect. "This is an excellent way to add a real personal touch to a gift. My boyfriend and I are expecting our first child any day now and I wanted to get a little something to give him after the birth as a keepsake, something I couldn't get anywhere else. So I chose a mug which had a message on from our baby, using our baby's nickname. I was very happy with the result when I received it, and am looking forward to seeing his face when he gets the gift."
