"I ordered this gift on 26th November, in plenty of time for a birthday on 13th December and I never recevied the goods until yesterday (17th December) - after many, many e-mails, some of which were never replied to.
It is fab though, and I have decided to give the site one more chance and have ordered another one in A3, but if it doesn't come in time for xmas, I will not be using the site again.
