"Recently bought this for a beach-mad friend, to frame; fast service through gettingpersonal, and fabulous range of gifts. I've recommended the site and will use again for unique presents. Only drawback was it wasn't clear whether I was buying A4 or A3 as both prices were the same, and there was no choice (or, none that I could see). Thankfully the A4 arrived, which is what I wanted."

I apologise if there was an issue with ordering this item when you placed your order online. For the personalised prints, they are a standard A4 size, and you can tick to upgrade to A3 for an extra £3. I'm glad to hear you received the size you intended to order.
