"As I don't live in the UK now I had to find somewhere I could order something special from. This was for a 80th Birthday Gift. It is so unique he loved it! He said It arrived superbly packed, both the bottle & the wooden gift box to keep it in. They were wrapped in bubble wrap, the label is what he liked the most & being able to lock it up in the box! Thank you for shipping it so well. I would most certainly purchase from you again!"

"I bought this item as a present for my brother in laws 30th. It comes very nicely presented and looks very professional. I recommend having the presentation box too as it just finished it all off nicely. It took longer than the 24 hours stated to arrive, but it came in time for the event and we were very happy with it. Would order again from this site."

"Only remembered it was my best friends 50th a couple of days before his birthday,so started frantically to search for a suitable gift! Came across this personalised malt very quickly, which was perfect for him, but also the 'next day delivery' was a godsend. I bought the gift box also(well worth the money!),and both items were delivered before lunchtime the next day!
My only comment would be that it would be nice to have seen a 'preview' of how the writing would look on the bottle before ordering(a feature that is present on the cheaper whisky gifts,but not this one?!!)."

"Thanks so much! very impressed with your gift selection but even more so with your customer service. I bought this whisky gift set for a 60th birthday but foolishly spelt the recepients name wrong on the label! When I received the gift (very promptly and beautifully presented!) and realised my mistake, i contacted customer service. They were very nice, friendly and extremely efficient in sending me the correct label at no extra price. They even sent it out twice when I didnt get thro the 1st time arounf due to the postal strike. Am very impressed and will definitely be shopping with them again"

"I was really happy with the next day delivery, very impressive as i had left this until the last minute. I thought the gift was a little pricey for what it was as the presentation box lid was a little crooked and the corner of it was slightly damaged. My brother in law was very pleased with the gift and said that he thought the label was excellent. I recommended this gift to another person but was slightly disappointed with the box."
