"I initially ordered this gift just before 1pm on the 25th October. It was for a family wedding on the 28th October & as it states on the advert that the item is 'personalised and despatched with in 24 hours' I assumed (perhaps niavely) that it would arrive in plenty of time I contacted the GP team on the 28th, once I realised it was not coming and was surprised to hear that once personalised I can take between 1-3 working days, 1st Class via Royal Mail. I am writing this comment not to complain but to make others aware of a possible delay. We had no special present to give on the day, which rather embarrasing to say the least. The photo frame finally arrived yesterday, I suggested to the GP team last week that they provide estimated delivery on their adverts for personalised gifts, to avoid further disappointments. I have never experienced issues before and have being buying fantasitc products of this website for years."

"Really pleased with this frame. It is chunky but classy, and the wood is really nice. The engraving is done well - I had it engraved for a 20th wedding anniversary present. Very pleased with it, as were the recipients of the present."

The engraving this time was not very dark but a call to customer services they gave a freepost address where they had to quality review it. I then received the frame back with the engraving darker as requested. First time that had happened though. I would buy again."
