"Having bought this mug before for previous teachers my sons have had I knew it would be of excellent quality. Unfortunately this time the mug arrived with a broken handle. However on contacting the website the customer service assistance I received was excellent and as a result a new mug is sent out to me. The service i have received is the reason I am still giving the mug a 5 smiles rating."

"I bought 5 of these mugs each with a different name on for my daughters teachers. The feedback from them was that they really liked the extra thought of having them personalised and it would make it easier to know whos mug is whos in the staff room. The delivery was really fast, and quality excellent. My only dissapointment was that the writing on them is quite faint, but otzherwise a reccommended item for teachers you wish to show appreciation to."
