"This is an excellent idea! It is a step by step guide to how to use different food produce from other countries to create authentic dishes. My mother is a good cook when it comes to english food but this will stretch her within her comfort zone to explore flavours from around the world. The online nvq test is an added bonus! Brilliant!"
