"Ideal gift for "grandparents to be" to give to the "offspring to be". A bit of family history all in one place, with opportunities for the new grandparents to add momentos of their own childhood etc.
As a Grandparent myself, I now wish I'd listened more to my parents when they reminisced. There are blanks I cannot fill in for my grandchildren. I bought the book as a gift for friends - first time grandparents. I know they'll love it"

"I was racking my brain as what to get my 7oyear old friend for her birthday. I wanted something different, practical and not fattening! Something that could be used, kept and passed on. This book was absolutely the right thing and I know she will have fun filling it in and with great pleasure hand it over to her grandchild.

A great keepsake

"I originally bought this book after having a baby. I bought a copy for both my baby's grandparents to fill out as a keepsake my little girl will have forever. My parents and in-laws said they enjoyed filling out the books as it brought back memories for them and in addition to this me and my husband learned things we had previously never thought to ask. There is information about my daughter's great grandparents, pictures of parents weddings, honeymoons, information about how they met etc. I am so glad that now this information can be kept and passed down the family for years to come instead of eventually losing family history.
I was so pleased with the purchase i have also bought one for my grandparents who are frail now and so hopefully i will learn more about their youth too before it is too late.
The only negative point is the time it takes to fill a book like this out but this negative is outweighed by far by the value the completed book holds"

"Fab book and brilliant gift. I've been searching for a book like this as I remember buying my parents something similar when my daughter was born fifteen years ago. Now my brother and his wife have added to the family with their son I thought it would be nice to repeat the tradition. Perfect because the book was blue! Where has this site been all my life?"
