"I bought this for a friend as a joke for valentine's day and I loved the card and the personalisation was great but i wasn't given an envelope with it so that made it difficult to send!!!"

For the personalised cards to be sent with an extra envelope, you must tick the box asking if you want an extra envelope. The box to tick is just under where you enter the name. The reason for this is because some customers send the cards directly to the recipient, and therefore an extra envelope isn't always needed. I will send a new envelope to you today by first class royal mail.
