For the personalised cards to be sent with an extra envelope, you must tick the box asking if you want an extra envelope. The reason for this is because some customers send the cards directly to the recipient, and therefore an extra envelope isn't always needed. I will send a new envelope to you today by first class royal mail.

"Loved the card, but dissappointed that it didn't have an envelope with it! It's not always easy to find an exact size match so I would suggest card envelopes are also provided."

If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.
