"The coaster was brilliant but packaging was terrible opened box and hundreds of little white balls fell out. these clung on to every thing. It was a good job it was only a prezzie to our selves or i would have been very unhappy."

"This is a great present for wine drinkers. It's really heavy and lovely crystal. The only thing was that there was a tear in the lining of the box so there were little white balls everywhere.......nothing major though. Delivered within about 4 days of ordering. Brilliant!!"

I am sorry to hear the presentation box is damaged, I can only presume this occured during transit, as we would definately not send it out like that. I have arranged for a new box to be sent out as soon as possible.
