"I love this item. I ordered the tumblers with some trepidation as they are for my dad for his 65th Birthday and Retirement but I need not have worried.
The tumblers arrived within a few days of ordering, they were well wrapped and beautifully presented. The tumblers themselves are good strong glasses and my messages look brilliant etched into the glass

"The Tumblers arrived within three days but one was incorrectly engraved. The error was quickly corrected and 2 replacemnt tumblers received within three days.
Tumbler quality was good, engraving could have been more stylish .
