"Unfortunately the cufflinks I bought were faulty in that the china tile broke off the arm of the cufflink after one wearing, but Getting Personal quickly replaced them and also for the inconvenience sent me a complimentary set free of charge. Great customer service and the products I've ordered have always been great quality.... I'm sure the cufflinks were a one off !"
