"This is a great card but was dissapointed that it didn't come with an envelope. The only envelope was the one it came to me in."

If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.
