"Once i recieved this product i iwas very excited to see that it had come, but i paid for an extra emvelope and it was not there!!!!!so that was disapointing, but i have to say that the product overall was very good and i towuld use the wbsiter again"

For the personalised cards to be sent with an extra envelope, you must tick the box asking if you want an extra envelope.
The tick box is just under where you enter the personalisation, under the preview box.
The reason we allow people to choose is because some customers send their card directly to the recipient, and therefore an extra envelope isn't always needed.
I will send a new envelope to you today by first class royal mail.
