"I was slightly worried about ordering my Valentine card as a 1st time purchase from a website mainly because I really did not have time to go out shopping if it turned out to be no good!. However I need not have worried. The card was top quality, as good as any in the shops, and the recipient was thrilled to receive a totally personalised card as it showed more thought had gone into it. I recommend their cards to anyone and you can have some fun designing your own content. Be warned - make sure you tick the 'spare envelope' box or you will only get the envelope in which it is posted to you. This caught me out but they posted me the correct sized envelope when requested. Top marks all round."

Thanks for your feedback. As most of our customers send the card direct to the recipient, we do not send an envelope automatically with our cards.
If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.

For the personalised cards to be sent with an extra envelope, you must tick the box asking if you want an extra envelope. The box to tick is just under where you enter the name. The reason for this is because some customers send the cards directly to the recipient, and therefore an extra envelope isn't always needed. I will send a new envelope to you today by first class royal mail.
