"having received this card within 48 hours of ordering i wasnt too impressed with the finished item. i had my god-daughters name on the card and it appeared to have been printed within a 'box' which spoilt the appearance!
I phoned customer services who were VERY helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. The replacement was of excellent quality and it wouldnt stop me from buying from 'getting personal' again."
