"I am happy with my purchase but I ordered two items and requested them to be sent the same day but this did not happen and they were sent and delivered separately. Card was nice but the last line was missing and that was not very nice."

"Loved the card and it came very quickly, only thing
that I was dissapointed with was the fact that apart form the envelope that it was delivered in which I opened to check everything was alright, there was no other envelope for the card for me to forward to the person I had brought it for. I had to try and get an envelope for it from another shop."

If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.
