"Received the card which was great but the envelope was used as the posting envelope so we only had the card to give our friend! Doh!"

If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.
