"The card was very well received by the teenager in question. However I somehow did not realise that I had to ask for an envelope to send the card and so had to buy one myself! From the wording I thought it was asking me if I wanted an extra envelope."

If you do require an extra envelope, you can just tick the box that says ‘additional envelope’ on the page where you enter the personalisation. If you forget however, you can call the customer services department and we will have one sent out for you that same day.
