We reply to every email we receive within 24 hours, so I am not sure what happened to your email, I do apologise. You can always call us, our phone number is on our 'contact us' page. The cards are despatched within 24 hours by first class royal mail, which usually arrives the next day. I am very sorry if the post got delayed as this doesn't happen often.
