"Great idea, and nicely presented, although I was disappointed to discover I couldn't actually order the colour of choice. This was for a ruby anniversary present, and I particularly wanted a dark red rose, but after requesting dark red, received an email saying colours were random."

"I bought this gift in the names of my mother and father who sadly are no longer with us. Unfortunately they both died in the 2 weeks before Christmas even if it was in different years but thought it would be great for my sister and I to have as a way of remembering. I will be reordering again for my mother and father inlaw."

"I ordered this for my mum & dad for xmas(who have everything after nearly 60yrs of marriage). They have always loved roses and thought it the perfect gift. The day I ordered it my mum was rushed into hospital and sadly passed away the following day. My gift arrived 2 days later, I was distraught. I spoke to my sisters about it and this afternoon (xmas day) I am going to give my gift to my dad. I know he will be both touched and upset but hope eventually he can find some comfort when the rose bush blooms in the summer months knowing it bears the name of the best parents anyone could ever wish for."

"I wanted something different for my friend's 25th Wedding Anniversary and as she and her husband are keen gardeners this seemed like the ideal gift. They both love it and think it's a fantastic gift and hope the seeds will germinate and grow into a beautiful rose bush - only problem was they didn't know who it was from at first (although that probably is my fault). I've since ordered another single one as I needed it for a friend's 60th birthday. Will be ordering another one for my sister-in-law too."

"A good idea, a good product and well presented. My only criticism is that there was no opportunity to send a message with the gift. It became clear that, initially, our recipients had no idea who the gift was from! A lost opportunity, I feel."
