"it was really nice the only thing that let it down wa the fact that the champagne bottle was a diffrent way up to the glass so can not be displayed in the box"

"When the order arrived I had a bottle of Lanson not the Pier hiedsck as advertised. I called and spoke to customer service who advised that the packing of packages was done by a separate compnay. So they had to chase up with them. I was called the next day by the customer service department with an offer to return the gift and claim a total refund OR refund the cost of the champagne (£15) OR retain the gift as is. I agreed to a refund assuming I could buy a suitable miniature bottle of champagne. That proved more difficult than expected!! The Getting Personal staff were very helpful and apologetic. also very forthcoming with solutions."
